This policy explains what personal data S&F Trading (trade name S&F Bijoux) collects on https://www.sfbijoux.fr, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Customer account: first name, last name, email, phone number, password (encrypted), or your Google ID if you sign in with Google.
- Orders: shipping and billing address, items ordered, amount. The payment itself (card number) is entered directly with our payment provider Stripe and never passes through our servers.
- Product reviews: the content of your review and your rating, together with your first name.
- Contact form: your name, email and the message you send us.
- Browsing: pages viewed, cart, preferences, through cookies (see below).
Why we use this data
- To create and manage your account, process your orders and provide customer service (performance of the sales contract).
- To reply to your messages (legitimate interest).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations, in particular keeping invoices (legal obligation).
- To measure website traffic and show you relevant ads on Facebook/Instagram, only if you have agreed to this through the cookie banner (consent).
We never sell your data to third parties.
Cookies and trackers
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. The following cookies may be set:

Who we share your data with
- Stripe (online payment) — processes your card details directly.
- Google (sign-in with your Google account, if you choose this option).
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — only if you consent to advertising cookies.
- OVH SAS — our website host (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France).
- The carrier delivering your order (name and address only).
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union (in particular in the United States for Stripe, Google and Meta); they are contractually bound to apply safeguards recognized under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep your data
Your account data is kept as long as your account is active, then deleted or archived after a period of inactivity. Invoices are kept for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations. Cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Security
Your passwords are stored in encrypted form. Access to our systems is restricted, and all communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page or at contact@sfbijoux.fr. We will respond within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority responsible for us (www.cnil.fr).
Your privacy rights (U.S. residents)
If you live in the United States, you may, depending on your state of residence, have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you and request a copy of it;
- ask us to correct or delete your personal information;
- opt out of targeted advertising, which you can do at any time by declining advertising cookies in our cookie banner.
We do not sell your personal information. To make a request, contact us through our contact page or at contact@sfbijoux.fr. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
