Shipping

Free shipping to the USA on every order, with no minimum purchase. Your jewelry is shipped with care from Aix-en-Provence, France, by La Poste international mail and delivered to your door, usually within 7 to 14 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you whenever one is available for your parcel.

Since the United States ended the de minimis exemption in August 2025, international parcels may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees on arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return an item that isn't right for you, without having to give a reason, as long as it is in its original condition. Return shipping to France is at your expense, unless the item is defective or damaged, or we made a mistake with your order (in which case we also refund your return shipping).
